Nice refinements to the basic pattern. Bias work is so different from straight grain that sometimes I' put off by the way a garment feels on the body.

cute! I THINK I have this book somewhere in my stash, but I can't find it! I'm interested in your duct tape dress form, did you make it using the class on this forum? I noticed (too late) that one was being offered recently. Is it hard to create?

cute! I THINK I have this book somewhere in my stash, but I can't find it! I DID find my "More Power Sewing" by Sandra Betzina, but a lot of the techniques are somewhat outdated. I'm interested in your duct tape dress form, did you make it using the class on this forum? I noticed (too late) that one was being offered recently. Is it hard?

Thanks! dreamdesigner, I made the duct tape double (DTD) before the class was available here. It isn't hard at all. Her name is Brunhilde, and I posted info on my blog at http://rustybobbin.com/inklings/dtd.html
