It must be out of print: it's not on Kwik Sew's web site. The closest pattern seems to be Kwik Sew 2638. I think Kwik Sew reinvents its classic patterns every now and then.

I have this pattern and couldn't agree with you more - it's one I picked up and felt ho hum about until I made it up and realised the potential!! Like you I've since made it a zillion times - your's gives me more reason to make another top from this pattern.
