While I disagree about stretch cups -- I'm large busted but need the stretch in the upper cup -- I do agree with your overall assessment of this pattern. The sizing seems to be way off and that fold-over and glue for the cup facing *is* nonsense.

I haven't ventured into bras yet, but I would agree that I prefer non-stretch cups on my bras. I simply prefer the support I get from woven or beautiful non-stretch lace - I use to get these all the time a Victoria's Secret before they decided stretch cups were better. I still search as stretch just doesnt' make me feel supported.

Mmm... Good idea to have stretch lace on top, just not on bottom of cups. Might have to test this one out, thanks. Wouln't work for running, but I'm hardly in any danger of that :-)..
