You must make the smock! You can add snaps on the side and actually wear this as a "jumper" over jeans and a t-shirt or long sleeved T. It is a great style. I made mine with contrasting ties and facings, and am thinking of making it again as a reverseable. Don't think of this as just an apron! It can be a very hip fashion piece!
