The fit through the bust is great. You asked what can be done about the fit around the arm: I sent you a flickr mail message to show you what I think you need to do to fix the armscye. if you can't find it email me (the link is in my profile here) and I'll send you the link. Basically, I don't think the problem is in the underarm, but in the shape of the shoulder seam.

I think it looks very nice. I like the fabric. It looks like it fits great.

Very nice, with a lot of shaping for a tunic (at least on you; I don't have as much shape as you do). The color looks great on you, I think.
