You did a great job on this coat --- setting the lining by hand gives you much better control, particularly with a challenging lining like rayon. This looks like a jacket you will wear for years to come -- thanks for the review.

Love that lining. You did a great job on a not-so-simple project. Way to go. (Those citrus fruits in the background made me envious---lucky you. It's freezing here!)

Nice coat! It fits you well, and I don't thinkthat you will ever miss that top button, at least not in California!
