Hi, ElsaD. I just finished a fleece robe for my husband (they make great gifts, don't they) from Kwik Sew 3266. Interfacing is not used in the robe construction and I definitely don't see a need for it IMHO. This pattern sewed up like a dream. I hope your husband loves his robe.

Hi, ElsaD. Great job on the robe - the fit looks great! I just finished a fleece robe for my husband (great gifts!)from Kwik Sew 3266. Interfacing is not used in the robe construction and I definitely don't see a need for it IMHO. This pattern sewed up like a dream.

The robe looks very nice! And I wouldn't bother with interfacing the collar either-fleece holds up pretty well imo. Plus ironing fleece would be a bad idea :oP If you wanted to use it though, there are knit interfacings which might work out better for fleece as long as a fairly cool iron was used.

Great job on the robe! It looks like it fits well, too, in terms of arm length.
