Sorry Lhan, this is an OOP Butterick skirt that probably has been out of print for 5 or more years. This skirt doesn't really accentuate the hips, I think it was more the type of fabric and how it was on the dress form. If possible, I'll see if I can get someone to snap a picture of me in it for you. Oh, and RTL is rayon polyester lycra

Looks very interesting on the form - any chance of a photo with you in it? It looks as though it might accentuate the hips, something I usually avoid, but I find this is not necessarily the case. I missed the link to the pattern in your review - it makes it harder to refer to it. I couldn't find it on the Butterick website either - is it out of print? What is an RPL?
