It is so cote. Maybe you do not clip your flounce to the staystitching enough. If you clip every inch and a half it will straighten out so it is just like sewing a straight seam. I find it is very important to make sure your clips are equidistant apart...in fact I even measure every inch and a half...the "ripple" of the flounce looks better if you keep the clips very equal in distance.

I love all of your detailed embellishments. Good ideas! Outfit is as cute or cuter than I have seen in any boutique for children. My, you are into so many things--I feel like a slacker for sure. Many of the best designers were/are physicians--you may find a second career here!
