Every time DS #1 started a "dialogue" with "Oh, by the way" -- I knew it was crunch-time & the deadline was (if I was lucky) day after yesterday! (eeeeek!) Of course you're right, you *Never* want the school to know you sew or craft or type or . . . (LOL)

I love the "I need a costume tomorrow" stories...My favorite was when my 24-year-old DD came over one Tuesday and said "I need a Dorothy costume by Friday". We made it, but you'd think those requests would have ended when she moved out! (LOL)
