Thanks everyone! You know, Katharine, I think that now that you mention it, there is a little extra room around the back arm. It doesn't matter much on this knit jacket, but maybe in a regular jacket it would. Also, this jacket does run a little big - it's definitely got room for clothing underneath. I am making another jacket from the latest April edition, and it seems the the armscythe is the right length there - I'll hopefully be posting this by the end of the week.

How cute! Your colorful version is much prettier than KM's presentation. It's surprising the front didn't gatehr--that was a design feature. Then the facing didn't match--hmm, it sounds fishy. I had a repvious problem with a KM jacket's back armscythe--was this big for you? It turned me off their jackets.

This looks very comfortable and stylish. It would look great in velour! I have this kind of thing in mind for Spring - yet another *to do* project!!!
