Yakityak said... My friend Leah once told me that 95% of the trouble people have embroidering on anything with a pile (fleece, terrycloth, velvet, etc.) comes from not stabilizing on top and bottom. I stabilize on the bottom with tear-away on the top with wash-away. This forces the stitch length to be extended a little bit and the stitches sit on top of the fleece instead of sinking in. I am fairly new to machine embroidery, but making use of Leah's advice, I have had pretty good results on fleece so far. 5/3/07 10:02 AM
