This looks really nice. I also have this pattern and have made it in the sleeveless style. I agree about tacking down the facings...they stick out of the armholes if you don't secure them!

I often have trouble with facings behaving themselves. Did you understitch? Nice style. Great suggestion for checking out the fabric first; that can save some heartache.
