I love the look of this hat and just ordered it, so thanks for the helpful review. I wonder if there is a way to make it a bit lighter - it certainly is cute and will keep the rays off very effectively!

I LOVE this hat. Yours looks so cute. Maybe a layer or two of Peltex or Timtex instead of the duck would make it lighter. I'm going to definitely order this pattern!

your hats are adorable!! i just finished mine (with some definite help from your review). thanks for the sizing tips and i did notice the echoing quality your friend mentioned when i tried it on. ;o)
