You may be able to find teeshot poplin at Walmart, that is great for scrubs. RagShop has an assortment of poplin as well that works (though they are going out of business). At Joanns, they sell the hospital scrubs fabric and sateen something or other, both of these are great scrubs fabrics! And one tip about the leg pockets: just line the top of the pocket with the front crotch of the pant. It will be perfectly placed every time.
