thanks Lou, that's how I did it also. Just wondering if there is any other way to do cuffs.

Very cute hats - quicker than knitting them, that's for sure! Even tinier ones would probably be appreciated in the NICU.

I have copied this from the instructions...."Fold up the bottom edge 2 and 1/2 " to form cuff and sew around the edge (up 2 and 1/4 inches from the bottom of the hat). Turn hat right side out and fold up cuff 1 inch."
