I think you're right about the dolman sleeve being back in fashion - I saw a girl today wearing a top like the one in the KwikSew photo - I noticed because of the interesting arrow effect that the stripes made on the shoulder/sleeve seam. It should be easy to do a shortsleeved V-neck if the body of the pattern is the same for both necklines - just copy the sleeve length/shape across.

that's a very spiffy top, Mary - and I too really have a fondness for dolman sleeves (and the "batwing" variation that was popular in the 80s), so I'm glad to see them becoming fashionable again!

Mary, you did a really nice job on that v-neck. You look so fresh and summery in your photo! I have a few "old" dolman sleeve patterns in my stash. You have inspired me to give them another try.
