Leslie I think your pants look great from the front and side. I have your body shape and would only ever sew Burda pants with the European crotch shape. You'll get a better fit at the back with a Burda pattern. I am still struggling with the horizontal lines across my back thigh area but have found that taking a small horizontal tuck just under the buttock area helps. I think you have done a great job, especially considering you were working with corduroy. xtreme1

Good looking pants and one can see that you've made much progress getting them to fit. The fact that you moved the zipper from the back to a front fly warrants a pat on the back. I agree that you should move on and try another pant pattern such as Burda.

Fit is looking great and the other stuff is small details you can fix on the next pair. I suggest you get a pattern with the waist/zipper treatment you want and "borrow" those details for these pants.

Great job, just keep sewing! Well fitted pants is something I think we all struggle with, but it's so worth it in the end!
