What size did you make? Did you buy your pattern by your RTW size? That could explain the discrepancy. The reason I ask is you describe the waist being off by sizes not inches. Feel free to correct me if I am wrong. Pattern sizing can be quite confusing and is definitely different from RTW. There is also another review of this pattern which does not encounter the same problem. Hope your next project is a little less frustrating.

I have made this dress twice and it fits beautifully. The finished measurements are on the pattern pieces, I used the finished to decide which size to make. How funny to see that you made a white one also!

ah, i see, so you're not suppose to actually follow the pattern size? only the actual measurement of the pattern?
