Love this - I'm going to make the top for my daughter next summer. I made one for a school fair, and secured the drawstring by sewing across the casing at the ctntre back so it could still gather up, but couldn't come out, and was always even. I might do elastic for my daughter though, and sew on a bow. Keep the Topkids reviews coming - I use them all the time!

thanks, everyone. Judy, I have one more outfit planned -- an Easter dress from Topkids 63. Hope to get it done over the next few weeks. Great idea to secure the drawstring.
