I love sewing with sweater knits...mostly sweater coats to date. These kinds of knits can be a bit ravelly, but the results are so worth it. Everyone will think you're an ace knitter, and you'll need to explain...FWIW, there were some cowl-neck worthy knits on gorgeousthings.com last time I looked....

I really like your your version - the colors are great! I have been keeping my eyes peeled for sweater knits... the online place I've seen them online is Emma One Sock... still looking for something <$20/yard!

I don't have this issue, but I think it's a good thing to keep getting those magazines in the mail. Lots of really great things that stand the test of time.
