You made a great dress! I know what you mean about wanting duros to have a little less ease. I made a duro top in a cotton print with some lycra for stretch, and made it a size smaller than usual, and liked the effect-- maybe a thought for summer for you... but your idea about 'turkey room' in this dress is excellent (he he he...).
