Glad you've got back into sewing, and glad you managed to make something you can wear (it's always so disappointing if it goes wrong). Hopefully we'll be seeing lots more reviews from you! By the way, your project photo links to the pattern picture - do you have a photo of your top? We'd love to see it!

Shoiley, what a creative way to get into sewing (the apron mentioned in your profile). You are certainly not the only one to cut out pattern pieces the "wrong" way. Glad it worked out for you. Looks like a comfortable pattern.
