This is a lovely skirt pattern - I have made it too and will again. It does fall beautifully. I narrowed mine slightly at the thigh level for a closer fit. Looks very nice on you.

this looks perfect - just lovely, a good fit and beautifully sewn - i love your lining and invisible zip. i have this pattern too - have had for a year, and now have the confidence to cut straight into good fabric to make it up. thank you

Miriam, the pattern does give instructions for lining. It was easy to follow. Burda is often minimal in its instruction, but the drawings are clear.

This is a great skirt. It looks fantastic with the top. Thank you for the suggestion about using different colored threads for marking dots. I've always had a problem with that and I can see that thread would work well. I can't wait to try it.
