That is really pretty, especially since you think of it as a wearable muslin-the colors look wonderful on you! Love the mittens too :o)

Deepika, your sweater is beautiful (as are you)-- thanks for the FOE idea (I just discovered FOE a few weeks ago...) It feels like PR-NYC was just a few weeks ago, doesn't it?? :)

How could I forget... The mittens were a gift from Karin. I really do love them. I could never knit like her.

Jennifer I use Foldover elastic on a lot of my tops. Once you get the hang of it, it's such a quick and easy finish. I've bought FOE from Kathy's and from Daytona Trimming in NYC. I generally use a 1". Diane, I should have done it that way, but instead I bound it after the top was sewn together. I am not too happy with the little dimple in the front, but yes, if I were to make this again and I will, I will do it the way you described.

I recently bought this pattern from PR, I was thinking of binding the neck, then sewing up the center front seam. Is that how you did it?

Deepika, your top looks beautiful. Where do you buy the foldover elastic and what width do you use? Also -- do you use this neckline finish on other LH tops as well? Thanks so much for reviewing this!
