Great Idea on the using the RTW socks. I've been meaning to make some of these.

What a good idea! I also find that re-purposing RTW is sometimes cheaper and easier than buying fabric.

The longer the sock, the larger the fit for the kids. The "official" place where you can buy these sells them for up to 4T, I believe. On my little one, they go all the way up to her diaper, but on my 4 yo they cover up to her knees.

Baby? About what age for these cute leg warmers? They look like they'd fit a toddler, too.
