That's a terrific skirt, and it does like it fits you very nicely.

For the future, when you're making a fitted (snug) skirt with stretch fabric, the lining should also be a stretch fabric. If not, the lining is inflexible and does not permit you to "use" the lycra content of your outer fabric - thus causing pulls and wrinkles that make your skirt appear too small. In the case of this pretty skirt, I'd be tempted to just cut out the lining. -Lily
