Wow, great coat! I love making my family's activewer too. So much cheaper than RTW and perfectly altered for each member of the family. That coat looks like you walked out of the store with it.

That little embroidered piece was the first thing I noticed and admired. Very cool. It's covering a boo boo? Funny. All your added details are great!

Yes, this is a great basic pattern. I added pit zips to mine - it was a bit tricky.

Great work! I didn't even realize that the embroidery was to cover up a mistake you made. If you wouldn't have noted that in your review - I would have never known - it looks like it was mean to be there! Great job!!
