You may call yourself a beginner, but that dress is so well made and fits beautifully. Keep up the good work!

Well, your near-blouse sure does drape nicely in the silky (obstinate) fabric anyway! Such a pretty dress and no alterations required is downright sinful. :o)

This hangs beautifully on you. What a great dress. You're right, cotton would be easier to work with, but wouldn't hang nearly so gracefully as this one.

Your 'origin unknown' fabric made me smile; been there; done that. Nevertheless, the fabric has beautiful drape and your dress looks great because of it. Lucky girl to find a fit right out of the envelope; now you'll have to make many more of them. Lovely, Lily

The dress looks so good on you that I am tempted to try it, but I cannot find it in the Simplicity web catalog. What am I doing wrong?
