You've done a lovely job on your real sewing project. I agree that you could go down to the L for your next pair. I had to smile at your 'fiasco' description of the elastic; we've all been there; tricky elusive stuff - that elastic. But you got the job done beautifully, and your shorts look excellent. -Lily

Ooh, that annoying elastic, I know it well. You did a great job on these shorts and picked a good pattern to use. I've learned a lot from Kwik Sew instructions
