I love the ribbed cotton knit for this skirt and you did a great job in keeping it from stretching out of shape. In addition to looking comfortable, your skirt is very attractive. And yes, I could envision sewing a whole day in this comfy beauty. -Lily

Another wonderful skirt for your wardrobe. Sounds like you devised the perfect solution to the stretch top problem. Doesn't look like a bubble skirt though!

Wow, nice skirts. I'm getting ready to sew this view and so I'm very glad you wrote such a detailed review. I am wondering if you used a twin needle meant for knits. Guess I'll never know, but I do like the effect of whatever kind of twin needle you used.
