I really like the green pepper patterns, and have made plenty of their standard fleece mittens and gloves. These overmitts look even more useful for snow and mud. Thanks for a very useful review.

Great over mittens for your little guy. I had to smile at the vision of him beating the snow with sticks. Very clever to separate and finish the edge independently. Practical, and charming in their rough and tumble way. -Lily

I much prefer my insulation separate too, and strangely you can still treat the mittens as one easily if you're in the mood for both all the time. Really like your gear, I'm sure your kids are the warmest around... love the reflective strips too, I often feel like I need them in town :-).
