this is downright adorable. so glad you stuck with those welts. they look really nice. welts are HARD and YOU did them! Wear you stylish vest often.

Well, I don't know how I missed this one Cidell, other than the fact that I seem to be missing a LOT lately, but this is the cutest vest I've ever seen, REALLY. I LOVE those little ruffled sleeves. :o)) You just wear it so well, too!
