Looking forward to the picture. There are very few patterns with this type of waist, which is a nice look for fabrics with body.

Margaret, I'm so glad you reviewed this pattern as I have it in my stash but haven't tried it yet. I admit you have me a bit concerned that I don't have the skill level you obviously do to make it work for me. I love the jacket style, which is why I bought it. Thanks for all your tips, it'll help when I do try it out.

Carrie, I think that the main difficulty in this pattern is that there may be a few extra things you'll want to do for best results, but that aren't mentioned in the instructions -- except maybe for the simplest view which is the shell. If you have a good sewing reference book that you like, that can help a lot. I could make suggestions if you want, though preferably not in the comments because it could get off-topic and long...
