I absolutely loved the fabric you had chosen, so I decided to look at your blog as well. Let me just say that my jaw dropped when I saw that you'd made your cap and gown! My husband just paid top dollar for his, and it was definitely all synthetic fibers. Great work on both pieces. :)

Love your border print with this design. I purchased this pattern yesterday for the lovely pleat detail and totally agree about the unflattering belt photo. Your dress is beautiful ~ enjoy!

I too like the Hillary Duff collection and find them some of the most up-to-date styling around. I've made a couple for my daughters (in their 20's) and they really like them.
