Beautiful top Gigi! I have considered this pattern, but was afraid it might be too lowcut. I am a little busty and also modest in the cleavage department. Did you have an opinion on the neckline of this top?

Christy - I wear a c-cup and found the neckline just fine. If you wanted to raise it a bit, it would be very easy to do.

Gig, another winning review! Thanks for comparing Christine's with Sandra's; I have made The Vogue wrap top, and I was wondering how the two stacked up. Looks like I MAY have to try this one...I too had an "adjustment" problem when I wore Sandra's top.

Gigi - I love this ! I want to buy it. (only to support the site, of course.) Do you think it would work on someone somewhat less endowed in the bust region?

Absolutely! You could probably even make it in a woven fabric. oops, Rhonda, I didn't know you posted. Yes I've made this in a prewashed fabric, the fit was just a tad bigger, which was fine with me. It could easily be taken in during construction as well.

Gigi - Your top is gorgeous. What a wonderful color. I love this pattern too -- goes together beautifully (especially if you actually READ the directions!). Made one for me and one for my daughter ... and now she's trying to snag mine. I'm going to make it in stretch velvet for the holidays. Have you tried using a coverstitch instead of double needle?

Patti, I haven't tried the coverstitch - I thought it would be a royal pain to try to get the points to look nice. If you try it let me know.
