Very cute! If it helps in the future, I use store bought bias tape quite a bit in armholes and necklines, and my nieces have yet to complain. They will grumble about anything slightly itchy (so do I and their mom, so guess we have no one to blame ;) ). However, they've never had a problem with store bought bias tape. Just make sure you fold the end under. Another option might be to pick up a bias tape maker and do your own- it makes nice contrast trim for outfits. :)
