Great looking dress! I feel my dress is a bit on the big side also. I'm wondering if it has grown while hanging in the closet (or perhaps I've just gotten used to closer fitting clothes lately). I think I may take it up at the shoulder seam to fit a little more closely. One of the great things about this dress, besides being quick to sew, is that it looks quite different in different fabrics.

That dress is so beautiful and it looks wonderful on you! I want this pattern so bad, but alas, I fear I may spend the next 10 years of my life nursing a child! :oP

I have made this dress twice,once in a blue chambray, and once in a very lightweight rayon challis. It falls much nicer in the challis, I have to admit in the blue chambray it looks like a "housedress" So go for the softest, best draping fabric you can find, but you will need the full 60 in. of fabric.

Julia, I have been reading all the reviews for this dress, and I really love how yours fits you. It seems easy to sew, and it is a flattering look. I ordered this pattern today.
