It looks great. I love dragging out my old reliable S&S patterns. The fit seems roomy by today's style standards, but dropping down a size always fixes that. It seems that sewing one's own lingerie has gone by the wayside now, and tricot isn't as readily available as it once one. Did you buy yours locally or online?

Karla, I think I got this particular piece at Hancock's many years ago. I've got a big comforter bag full of laces and lingerie fabrics that need to be used, so I haven't looked locally in a while.

This is beautiful - I am really wanting to make my own slips. I also have had some issues readily finding the tricot (the sales clerk in JA's didn't even know what it was!) Great review, thanks.
