Very entertaining review, Beth. Despite, your fabric choice, your jacket looks really nice. The mental exercise sewing often requires will keep our brains young well into the future. (I hope)

I loved your review (and your jacket)! Very informative and humorous - I saw myself in several of your descriptions (fabrics with permanent folds, waiting 2 years to make a garment when I had everything I needed, etc.) and have picked up a new sewing motto in the process, "To boldly go where no sewist has gone before."

Peachskin really has no stretch at all; I have a blouse I hardly wear because of that. Your result is very cute, and I'm glad you were able to convince the fabric it should work with the knit pattern. :)
