Littlejazzbird, humm those wrinkles might be due to the fact that the bust is a little bit adjusted in the front. To verify this hypothesis, you can put fabric in your bra (like a little girl would) to see if this amplifies the problem. If it does, you can add in the side front (top portion) form arm pit (+ 6mm for seam allowance) down to under your breast. If it does not change anything. Humm it could be your arm hole that is to big. This was my spontaneous reaction when looking at the picture. My two fitting books did not have this specific problem in it. Except for one problem combining semi full breast and gaping arm hole. I hope that what I wrote is not too obscure. If so, you know where to find me. ;-) Above that, I like the top very, very much. I have it too, I planned to sew it one day in wool double knit.
