This is beyond pretty! I can't believe you took that pattern envelope image and created something so entirely more attractive! You go girl!! I just love this dress.

Wow, what a fabulous dress!! I would never have believed that yours came from that pattern, your fabric choices are inspired.

Great Styling! I love the two tone dresses that are quite trendy. The plaid is even better. Great job!

That dress is a knock out. And thanks for posting more info and pix on your blog. First off - I'm really loving the bi-dress --as I saw it referred to in a recent Vogue. One that like yours has two distinct color blocks. And wow--what an interesting amount of work you did to modify this original pattern to something exactly like you wanted.

I would have never thought this dress was from that pattern. Yours is so much more interesting than the pictures on the envelope. At first I thought it was a high waisted skirt and a blouse instead of a dress - much better that way as there's no tucking in. Great, great job!

I have made 2 dresses from this excellent pattern, but your version is so much better and more creative either of mine. I am off to make a colour blocked dress inspired by your fabulous version. I promise not to wear it on the same continent as you!
