I think it runs narrow. My DD is very thin and it fits her very well. It's mid thigh and looks adorable with a dress!!!

I just looked at this last night. How would you say the sizing runs? I thought the last O coat I made for my daughter seemed a bit tight for her measurements when worn with a sweater underneath...and we always wear a sweater underneath. Is the length midthigh? thanks
