| mollyshark | 11/8/08 | You could do a bias tape finish either ready made or make bias tape from the fabric. Easier still is iron 5/8ths inch and then take some steam-a-seam and use it to create a narrow hem. I just did one like that and it works great. |

| MareeAlison | 11/9/08 | Often on fold over armholes like this I just overlock (serge) some clear elastic to the wrong side - this helps the knit fabric keep its shape and then turn under and coverstitch the top or twin needle if you don't have a coverstitch. It works really well. |
