Hi colourbynumber, Thanks for your review which I find inspiring -3 in less than a month! Your dress looks quite pretty. You mention having to figure out how to attach the lining - Can you please explain more or refer me to another posting that you think does explain this well? Also, can you please mention with your methods, were you successful in getting the lining to stay inside without showing - in regards to the neckline and armholes. As for me, I'm not actually able to sew for a while, but I'm really getting inspired and hope to be able to launch when I can. So reading about classic /relatively easy / seeing great results like yours is really motivational.

Very Pretty Fabric Choice. Thanks for the review as I plan to make this dress from silk tussar with a lining. It's a classy looking dress and I too like the absence of gathers.
