I really like your shirt. Thanks for the info on the zipper. I too have made this Jalie pattern, but not the zippered version -- and also need to lengthen as you wrote. I haven't seen this fleece, but am going to SOON!

Love the top! Did you use 4 pieces of fleece for the front bodice pieces? My fleece is pretty fluffy and I'm thinking about using a black lycra for the lining piece. And I love Wondertape too for fleece.

Thanks for all the compliments. This is probably my favorite fall top so far. Patti B, yes, I did use 4 pieces of fleece for the front. It's makes it feel very substantial (but in a good way). I think the black lycra would work fine though. It'd definitely cut down on bulk!

That's really cute in fleece! I have some I'd like to use but I'm afraid it's too thick for the doubled bodice piece in front. Can you let us know how thick the fleece was that you used? I may convert the underlayer into a separate pattern piece so I can use some knit to reduce the bulk.

wonderful top! this is one of my very favorite jalie patterns, too. i have 3 versions so far... but just may have to make a fleece one like yours! i agree- it definately looks like high end performance clothing.
