I tried this pattern, and failed to make it work for me, whereas I normally have reasonable success with Vogue patterns. Your comment on the bodice darts made me laugh out loud. For me, this was the unfixable problem.... But I still find myself drawn to the pattern 😁. And yours looks SO wonderful! I think I have to try again..

Wow, stunning. One vote for the bow, but removable. Then you can decide based on the event. I just got this pattern, thanks for the warnings.
