The one I have stuffed (adult size) has a diameter somewhere around 3 or 3 1/2 feet. Is there any particular dimension you'd be interested in?

The child size might be about right. It looks like about 2/3 the size of the adult. This would also be fairly easy to adjust, for example by making side pattern pieces intermediate in size between the two large sizes.
