I used a similar alteration when I made my maternity pants (many moons ago now - my baby is 16yr) I hadded 10-12cm (4"- 5") front seam and 4 cm on sides and they got me thru'. The stretch material helps a bit towards the end :) and yep you cinch them in afterwards them biff them(hand them on) because you are sick of wearing them Good luck

dale, "kewl' pants, i use to have several pair of pants when i was with child. they were called "before, during, and after pants." they had snaps on top of the side pockets to were you could snap them bigger or smaller. dale did you get my email ? i was telling you congrats. on your coming baby. i didnt even realize you were having another one. i just never read the one thread about maternity clothes so i didnt know about it.
