I love the skorts. This pattern has been in my stash awhile, I keep thinking I will make this for my tennis lessons but haven't. Thanks for the inspiration! -Patti

These are both cute and extremely practical for tennis. And as an older person, I really like both lengths and don't think the shorter version is too short, at all. Lovely, Lily

Your skorts look great! I have this pattern too & love it. Wore them to death this summer. I also lengthened my first version (skirt only). Some of the steps seem to be overkill. (I find this on quite a few Jalie patterns.) I often omit the "zigzag together" steps and go directly to the serger.

I think the longer version looks great. It looks like a great pattern to use your serger on.

Thanks so much for reviewing this pattern! I bought this one but haven't made it yet. Can't wait to try it myself. :) One quick Q... do you wear underwear with these? I've always wondered but can't find anywhere that says one way or another.

Great tip on the inside shorts not having lenghtwise stretch, I would not have thought of this and I am awaiting this pattern for biking as I think it looks prettier/more feminine than normal biking running shorts. I plan to make at least 4 of them this summer,,,,so this tip is great and helped me from * not* purchasing fabric for the inside short that I may have! One huge reason I really * love* pattern review, so helpful and helps eliminate costly mistakes if someone catches it ahead of you!!!!!
